The family who run the hotel are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has really good amenities including flat screen TVs and internet access/laptops in the rooms and is excellent value for money. Fantastic breakfast. - Very well located. What a great hotel! The sea view from our room was spectacular! Hotel is really in the heart of it all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some have commented on the lack of parking but the reality of the tiny island of Ortygia is that driving the narrow streets *barely* wide enough for 1 car is a challenge.
