  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome. The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding. We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away. The apartments weren't serviced (as we k... hva folk sier » new at booking time).. But the complex was in a medieval setting and very impressive. - The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a taxi take us to the airport when leaving .
