  God service på ansatte i resepslonen - We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not get his nam, but the shuttle driver was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.
