  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I normally dont write reviews but I know this hotel deserves it. The hotel staff's are very supportive and helpfull. The rooms are decorated in white and was very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and went to the spa most of the time. Will go again for sure... - The summer price of room is very reasonable, facilities are good with free enty to spa and free access to neighbouring open-air swimming pool.   We were at the end of our trip and had little time before our flight home. It was nice to come back into familar surroundings ( more American comforts). We loved the challenge of overseas traveling but at the end of the trip it's nice to come back to familar surroundings The closeness to the airport and the free shuttle service was perfect. It was a great way to spend a night after traveling for about 20 hours by air.

  I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter) because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European hotels
