We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.

It is a friendly relaxing place to stay, close to Rome and the airport. Bracciano is an interesting town and the lake is close. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. I would go back for a longer stay. -

Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.

The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome.
The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding.
We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away.

needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss
about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect
to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a
taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.
