  The staff were absolutely brilliant from the moment we stopped the car outside the hotel to the moment we left. The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time.   cool breakfast and i stayed in a suite not a double room :) it was pretty cool and a really nice area ;) - Receptionists are really polite and can speak English very well.Also the rooms are big enough and comfortable.

  Vi satte ekstra stor pris på oppholdet i det private SPA'et og at hotellet nå hadde restaurant som var åpen på kvelden.   I liked everything about the hotel. It looks quite new, very well-kept, clean rooms with balconies overlooking the beach. All staff was very nice and polite and I had no problem communicating in English. And the best thing, of course, is the location. I loved that the beach was right under my balcony. Nothing compares to the sea air. You do need a... hva folk sier » car if you plan on doing things besides laying on the beach. There are not many hotels or stores around. Everything is a 10-15 min ride away. But wit - Breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant had a beautiful sea-view. The room was comfortable and had a large balcony with a great view of the sea. The price was better than staying in Rome, and it was a truly relaxing experience. I will surely return.

  I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... hva folk sier » on that. If you're coming from Ireland or uk and love drinking in the residential bar you can forget about it.Il Pignetto has everything to offer eve - We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

I was particularly impressed that when I tried to ask a porter a question and he could not answer I got a call so fast from reception to ask what was my question before I had time to pick up the phone to call reception. Close to shops. - I mentioned to the porter before arriving that this was our 25th wedding anniversary and the manager took the time and trouble to send us a lovely handwritten note and a complimentary bottle of prosecco.   The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet.
