  Breakfast was very good and served on bed. Staff was very friendly. Very safe neighborhood, with the American embassy and other fancy pants hotels located nearby. 2,7 km from Colosseum, but a metro stop is nearby (to the Vatican, or Roma Termini and further).

  Staff was wonderful about giving us help and information about Rome. We were able to take the van and be dropped off in the center of Rome. Very nice not to have to drive into Rome. Room was large and breakfast was wonderful! - Good value, clean nice rooms.

  We arrived to Rom on sunday evening. Så few days before got we an email from Michelle who is working as a assistent there. She was asking us about if we need any help with taxi or more like tickets to museums. It was very nice of her! The taxi waited us when we arrived. It was a really good standard for B&B: bedclothes, that were changed to cl... hva folk sier » ean every third day; the bathrum was in the room; towels were changed to clean every day if it needed; breakfast was simple inkluding warm croissants - We stayed two nights.Our hosts were excellent. Very welcoming and informative about Rome and places to visit. The room was clean but I feel a tad on the small side and quite basic in its layout. Nice bathroom. You could help yourself to refreshments whenever you want. Breakfast was served in your room as there was no kitchen or dining room. this was at an agreed time with hosts. This was a continental breakfast and consisted of toast, croissants, yogurt and drinks. This was plenty.

  The location was great, right beside a laundromat and we could see monte cassino from our room. Good spacious room. Location is great - in the heart of Roma, walking distance to all important sights of the City. The service is excellent, we fel - The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again.
