The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.
On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. The hotel let us use their phone to make an international call

We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there.
The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms
(I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and
the hotel was really close to some good restaurants. Me and my
girlfriend were there on Valentines Day and I asked the receptionist to
do something with my bedroom while we were away, he arranged for a
bouquet of roses and rose petals on the bed with Champagne glasses

it's a combination between BandB and Hotel for its services , having also a very nice and cheap restaurant La Famiglia downstairs , where i also take my first dinner because my flight land in Rome in the late afternoon and so i find my way to the BandB at 10pm.I'm a traveller and i can assure you that i really stayed there better then into a 3stars

Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!

Very kind and friendly staff who want to do everything to make the guests feel at home(we had been there for 11 days and one day we must go out at 7 a.m. and did not have time to have breakfast, the staff arranged us to have the breakfast by ourselves. Max, the owner was an excellent host. The B&B was located in a great
spot of town, rights along two bus routes that took us to all the sites
we wanted to see. The rooms were spacious with each having their own
facilities. Would definitely stay here again.
