The owner was worried for me to be comfourtable and told that if I will come late in the evening or early in the morning - everything will be waiting for me. It is right at the centre of the city, close to the railway station, 10 minute walk to Colloseum and Roman Forum. The owner (Angelini?) gave us many good tips so we save money by not buying Rome Pass and going to really good and reasonably priced restaurants. The room is spacious and very new. It looks modern like any 3 or 4 star hotel. All the facilities are included. They gave us voucher to have breakfast right at the bar closeby. It is very convenient and

  Almost everything about the stay was great. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. There were a few things that can be called as 'issues'; like there was no one around in the evenings in case you had trouble (but they were available on their mobile), and the breakfast was arranged at a cafe nearby and it was very basic. We had a room with private bathroom and it was very nice and clean. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone who is looking for budget accommodation in this expensive city of Rome. There was also kitchen in the hotel where me and my wife also had 1 time self cooked breakfast which was fun.

The location is ideal as it is close to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and a short walk to the Vatican. There are a number of fantastic restaurants close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful, able to provide restaurant recommendations, arrange for transport and reservations where needed. Also free wifi and A/C that actually works! My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we visit and always recommend to friends.

The host was fantastic, and did everything he could to accommodate my needs, even finding a place that could wash and dry my hair for me in a tight window of time. The rooms are bright, new, and very clean. ALso, the shuttle service to the airport was good.... came a bit early, we were the only customers in the van and there were not other stops enroute to the airport, so it was calming and not nerve racking.
