  As most B&Bs or hotels give an access card to your room, this particular establishment gives you the keys as if you are renting an apartment for your stay. Luigi, the owner, greeted us and offered us an exceptional stay. My fiance had her baggage lost on our trip, and Luigi arranged for the delivery to be received and placed in our room. The o... hva folk sier » verall house, is located in a residence building but is securely locked at the main door, securely deadbolted at the entrance to the residence, and se - Luigi, the owner, is very friendly in welcoming us and giving us the necessary information. The location is 5-8 minutes walking from Metro station Ottaviano. The surrounding feels safe, also after dark, and it is easy to find a place to have/get breakfast in the morning. Brioche and coffee/tea machine free to use is maybe simple but gave us a home feeling and is very handy. Room is generally clean and comfortable. Simple, but all necessities are there.

  A very nice small flat for a family with two kids or three adults in an excellent location in Rome. The flat was very well equipped and the staff very helpful. - Very central location, in pretty Italian street, close to shopping and cafe's. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the local area.

  I recommend this place. It's quiet, near metro station. Host is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and have separate bathroom. It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing. The hotel is very conveniently located on the Via Appia which made exploring the surroundings very accessible. The restaurant was lovely, with the choice to eat outside or in.   I loved the white beddings,towels and even floor mats,it says a lot about their committment to hygiene. Although I got lost and checked in almost 3 hrs later than discussed,the staff was very patient and friendly. - Great location by the Vatican and bus to/from Rome fco. Staff was very kind, breakfast was nice, place was clean. A wonderful stay!
