The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a terrfic buffet with excellent service. The location is absolutely amazing, a few minutes walk to everything you want to see in Florence.

Perfect location, right by the Uffizi museum. The Duomo is just less then 10 minutes away on foot, amongst other popular museums and local sights. Set in a beautiful square, where you can get a beautiful view of the city hall tower from the apartment. The shopping belt surrounds the apartment, together with many wonderful restaurants. A true gem!

Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an
easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious
for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to
Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked
the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were
not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just
leave the key device on the kitchen table.

We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order.
Washing machine was also easy to use.
Bed linen and towels good quality and apartment was clean. Of course location was fantastic and we had no noise issues. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.
