The staff were exceptional, especially Giovanni who collected our hire car on the morning we were leaving as the garage did not open until after we wanted to leave. We had a large room with a big bed, a sofa and armchairs, a bathroom with shower - and free wifi! The room overlooked the narrow shopping street. We would recommend finding out the shuttle or bus schedule prior to arrival in Sorrento since the taxis to the hotel are pricey (Euro 50).
