Staff were very helpful and eager to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with a beautiful room with a lovely balcony and view of the ocean. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. The included breakfast was AMAZING. The location was so charming - right across from the ocean. The decor was nautical and cute. It is a great place to go if you are planning a romantic weekend or as a base for site seeing. We went to Ercoleum which was about 20 min away and also to Sorrento for a nice dinner and to see the holiday lights. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff - we felt really like at home. Location - close to the beach, where you can find good restaurants. Two thermal pools (small but quite enough taking into account size of the hotel) - one is indoor and another is partly with roof - we could bathing regardless of weather.
