We would happily return to this hotel because of the genuine helpfulness of staff and particularly the evident concern of reception staff for the wellbeing of guests. All of them spoke English and we were given quite exceptional help from the young man on duty on our first morning.
We were in the hotel for three days and while not luxurious our room was spacious comfortable and clean with ample wardrobe space and we enjoyed our balcony over the street .The shower was bigger than average.

new, clean and comfortable. Great location for car trips around
Puglia/Basilicata and even as far as Campania. It has a business

-I traveled with my future husband, and i also booked a room for our mothers; instead of being accomodated in a twin room (as was booked), they got a beautiful two bedroom apartment - a really pleasant surprise;

We (my wife and I) were most impressed by the service of the staff. We found they were very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent for viewing the sites in the historical centre of Bari and the seaside. Breakfast is quite adequate. -
