  Almost everything... no serious problem. But u have to know the stuff don't speak english (or only a little bit) and u need car to reach it easily. - The accommodation and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant provides a good menu at a reasonable price and the wine was not overpriced.

  The rooms are enough in size, clean, sound proof and the building is perfectly located directly within the city center of Pistoia. The staff is friendly and willing to provide any service needed. They have anything that you seek from a B&B facility. - Our host, Gloria was very friendly and helpful.
