  Very nice, comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast. Perfectly located in the city center, 3 blocks from Massimo theater. Stayed here with my parents and partner in the two double rooms near the main door. The rooms are big and have 1(and 2) balconies, which are nice to enjoy during breakfast when it's sunny or in the evening. Luca is a great host,... hva folk sier » friendly and helpful, even after our stay in his B&B!. The big room where my dad stayed has the filling of being a small apartment (as it even in - Cortile Palermo B&B is a small B&B (only 4 rooms), which makes it nice and quiet. When I stayed, I was in the suite (2 very nice sized rooms) with 2 balconies. Luca, the proprietor, is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL gentleman. He indeed wants to make your stay a pleasant one. Before I arrived, it seemed that I had countless questions and sent Luca several emails. He always answered promptly and was VERY informative and kind.The B&B is VERY CLEAN and it is in a PERFECT central location

  (1) It was not very easy to find small Via San Sebastiano, 13 at 1:00 am (when we arrived), so you should carefully check Google Map. But near the front doors we find the letter personally to me with keys and room location - that was really nice surprise at night. (2) Our room has a great view on the yaсht bay and was quite stylish and with condit... hva folk sier » ioner. (3) Good location near the historic center of Palermo and near the great sea quay. Also it is just in 5 min from the central Palermo street - V - The kitchen area in their apartments was very well stocked and intended for use. Many other kitchettes we have used since are more for show than for real cooking. The room is big with a lovely tiled floor and flowing curtains. There is a lot of room for the money you pay for it.
