  The staff was friendly and helpful, and since we first stayed at Hotel Ambasciatori two years ago, they've made several improvements: an additional desk in the lobby as you enter, ethernet in the rooms (bring your own cable), etc. The real reason to stay, though, is still the amazing breakfast terrace, which affords the best view of Palermo we've ... hva folk sier » seen. This will keep us coming back every time. - We stayed at the same hotel a second time during our trip because it wasso good. The staff is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. Also, thelocation on Via Roma not far from the train station and within walkingdistance of good restaurants as well as the monuments and sites. Thebathroom in the newer room we were given this time was excelent, large,clean, great shower.

  The hotel is centrally located in Palermo, close to the various places that would be of interest to tourists. There were a number of good restaurants in the neighborhood and shopping on the nearby via Roma, if one were so inclined. The room was large and well furnished, with a large armoire and a flat screen TV. - The staff was exceptionally help... hva folk sier » ful. When we ran into a problem withour atm card some days after we checked out, the staff went far out oftheir way to help make facilities available to help us sort out theproblem. I would never choose a different hotel in Palermo. It'llalways be the gh Wagner.

  My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... hva folk sier » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

  Very nice hotel, we had a suite with a terrace at the front of the hotel and it was lovely. About a 20 minute easy walk from the centre, but regular buses available if needed, and airport bus stop very close. Great spot by the Giardino Inglese and a good contrast to the more frenetic city centre. Hotel staff very nice.
