  Internet access was a real plus. Location is great, with a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was excellent. Spacious room. Balcony with table and chairs. - The rooms are lovely and spacious with a beautiful view of the city. The personnel are very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel is ideally located right in the center of Palermo's historic district, - all main attractions are in walking distance. The room was clean and lovely, the hotel itself very impressive with a glass- covered atrium. Breakfast was large for Italian standards and very tasty.   My husband and I stayed at the B&B Serpotta when we first arrived in Sicily and liked it so much that we extended our stay by one night. We also rebooked at the B&B for our last night before heading home. The rooms/suites are beyond what you would expect from a B&B. During both of our stays we were put in one bedroom suites with fully ... hva folk sier » kitted kitchens, king sized beds and the most amazing shower/sauna. The B&B also has a hot tub and workout area which again is beyond most B&B - I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

  Very nice hotel, we had a suite with a terrace at the front of the hotel and it was lovely. About a 20 minute easy walk from the centre, but regular buses available if needed, and airport bus stop very close. Great spot by the Giardino Inglese and a good contrast to the more frenetic city centre. Hotel staff very nice.
