The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The staff was amazing-we stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and were greeted with champagne and chocolate! The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!
