Reasonable budget value. 5. very accessible to the University of Napels 6. Many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk 7. safe secure access. 1. noisy street 2. hot water limited - on the fourth morning there was NO HOT WATER at 8h30 3. the surrounding streets are filthy, rubbish and dog poo everywhere 4. The breakfast is a croissant and a coffee - the quality is excellent, but not to satisfy a western style big breakfast eater - BUT, light breakfast is the Italian way so just realize that here you get the full IT treatment.
