It is a good place to stay in Montefiascone, right in the city centre. My room had a view upon the lake. The restaurant to the hotel is considered to best in town, a great variety of tasty Italian dishes.
Great location right at the central Piazza with superb views of the lago di Bolsena, a great roof-top restaurant and lots of bars around.

Location, in the middle of historical precinct.
One day they forgotten to clean the room and smooking seems to be allowed in the stairhouse just outside the door to the restaurant. Since the stair is inside the house it isn´t pleasant to smell the smooke when your are going to sleep.
It was a bit hot, without air conditioning. The description of the breakfast, was not true. Had to ask for eggs, otherwise it is just bread and croissants.
