  Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Breakfast itself not rich, just a ma - Dear Friends , Hotel Florida is a 3 Stars hotel . Very friendly and helpful staff . Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

And i have been to many hostels but they never meet up to this one. She treated me and my romates like family, we hung out together and the whole experience was unforgettable. The rooms were clean and cosy and although the hostel is not so easy to find at first, it is actually easy. U just get off at loreto station andthe hostel is just 5mins walk.   The hostel was very clean and walking distance away from all the sights. The man from the desk gave me a map with all the sights on it which helped. I stayed for 2 nights and for the 2nd night i was alone in a 4 bedroom female room which was nice to have some space but all the ladies were lovely that were in their previously. I felt safe here and ... hva folk sier » my luggage was safe as well. - If you are travelling alone, its easy to make friends there, they have this nice common area, the roms are Clean, organized, secure, the stuff is very friendly, they helped us to find the cool places in Milan, and how to reach there...they are also flexible, they let me leave my bags until the night of my check-out day, that really helped!

  Very close for the subway, very friendly stuff ( the guy who was there on the 29.11 was very friendly and helped us a lot with advises about supermarkets, what places to visit, etc, he helped us with our luggage, he even opened our bottle of wine :), very supportive), the room was cleaned every day. - The staff was very friendly and helpful.
