  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. It is very clear, and lovely. Perfect place to sleep. The staffs are kind, and nice. We were totally satisfied with this accomodation. :)
