  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   Lovely stay - we had the room pictured, which had great character and was spacious and clean. Good location for metro, neighbourhood drinks, walking distance to major sites. Breakfast is small but very fresh and you can sit outside and watch the world go by.
