  The staff was great. They recommended great restaurants, spoke several languages (including English), and were quite professional. The buffet breakfast was a traditional European breakfast. It is user friendly and cheap. - The decor was beautiful, the location was great for what we needed. Directly across from train station, we only stayed one nite before moving on the next day and it was excellent. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, Davide rang the next hotel we were goin to and gave us exact directions including bus and train timetables. We were so grateful.

  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible.
