  The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed.   Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. The bed was spacious and comfortable and my room had an efficient air-conditioning system (it was 35-40°C during my stay so this made a mass - The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated. There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located. Wifi very stable and it's free. One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay

  Reception was extremely helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathroom especially, and the breakfast included protein so that I could eat something, since I'm allergic to wheat. Location also proved a huge plus, with great dining and gelato nearby! - It is situated in a perfect location, right in front of the subway.   The staff were helpful. Relaxing atmosphere. Very good value for money. - The lobby is very attractive, with oriental rugs, sofas, and a bar at one end so you can have a drink.   We LOVED Diffuso Navigli Apartments! 1. It was SO clean! 2. It was SO spacious! 3. The loft was really a fun aspect 4. The kitchen was awesome, great appliances 5. The bathroom was very clean, even complete with a seal across the toilet 6. The two Queen beds were great but the roll-a-way was very uncomfortable. We were in the main complex and had excellent Internet. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Check-in girl had excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. She helped carry our bags upstairs and provided a map with directions. We enjoyed our stay
