  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it. Can honestly say one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of nice ones!! - Came for business and... hva folk sier » at the end of a hard day it was just a pleaure to enjoy from a wonderfull room and a great service like coming back home..the atmosphere was great service was excellent the stuff was efficient and kind....this is an hotel that take care of the small things that that really make the big difference.

  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. Toilet was big and had all the amenities necessa... hva folk sier » ry. There was the rainshower facility and the water was hot and good. Fresh clean towels were provided too! The porters were very helpful in the lugga - the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

  Excellent hotel. I hav never stayed at such hotel with 119 EUR rate per nignt. The breakfast is the best. - Staff was excellent. Room was beautiful. Milan was great.
