  Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. The bed was spacious and comfortable and my room had an efficient air-conditioning system (it was 35-40°C during my stay so this made a mass - The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated. There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located. Wifi very stable and it's free. One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay

  It was a beautiful oasis in the middle of Milan. Although being within the city, once within the walls of the hotel area, we felt as though we could have been in any small Italian town. It had beautiful courtyards and the eating/ entertainment rooms were exquisite. Our sleeping room was spacious and clean and comfortable in every way.   The hotel is near center and is of Holiday Inn standard. The guy at thereception desk - elvis was great. He was very helpful from the moment wewalked in to the hotel till tha moment we walked out. Such a great guy. - Care staff, conditioning works well, good sound insulation windows, excellent breakfast.

  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town.   it was good experince as whole I enjoyed every minute - Very good service both at the reception and at the breakfast. Nicebreakfast although I somewhat missed some bacon and scramled eggs.
