  staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity. I liked my single room with private bathroom. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need. Staff was super helpful regarding restaurant recommendations, directions and making a reservation for a taxi at 05:00 for us.
