Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. -

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc.
Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. Everything stays open late anyway. Would definitely recommend doing

It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water. The breakfast is very good with good selection and fresh pastries, eggs and juice. -

The bed! The best most comfortable one we have had the whole holiday! The room was fantastic, airy and nicely appointed. The roof top terrace although not open yet, we were able to go up and get 360 degree views of the city and were higher than the top level of the Coluseum! The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds.

Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

The owner Luca was wonderful. So helpful in so many ways, from finding good eats to computer connections. The hotel was very clean and at a great price. Also helped being so close to the Coliseum (5 minute walk), and the forum. Easy taxi ride to the Vatican. Never woke up early enough for the breakfast, so can't comment.
