We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. The location is fantabiolous!! Without a doubt everything is a walking distance. You'll never need to ride the metro except for the Vatican and maybe the Colessium. The rest is just around the corner.
The toilets are very clean and although the towels look like table sheets and also feels like one, they do a great job.

They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the
room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a

It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there

There were some great restaurants (a Tre Scalini was fantastic) and shopping nearby and also a very local feeling. We very easily walked to the Piazza Monti and hung out by the fountain with drinks several nights.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and two daughters for 4 days. The location is perfect for visiting the different sites in Rome. The Colosseum and other nearby attractions is just a 10 to 15 mins. walk from the hotel. Going to Vatican, bus stop for bus #40 is just around the corner. Trevi fountain is also just a 15 min walk from the hotel.
The staff Catalina was very helpful. The room was so clean and made up everyday. Wifi is free and fast. Good restaurants are also aplenty in Via del Serpe

This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-)
