  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... hva folk sier » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

The location is 5-8 minutes walking from Metro station Ottaviano. The surrounding feels safe, also after dark, and it is easy to find a place to have/get breakfast in the morning. Brioche and coffee/tea machine free to use is maybe simple but gave us a home feeling and is very handy. Room is generally clean and comfortable. Simple, but all necessities are there.
