service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay

It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! place is so centrally located so there was some noise but the sound-
proof windows blocked nearly all if the ground noise. The owners even
set up transfer to the airport that came early. I have stayed in Rome at
3 other places and this was the best for the combo of clean, value, and

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes.
