  As mentioned above, clean, very good staff, great location, and considering it's only a two star hotel everything was great. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. - I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean too.

  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away. Great restaurants around so after a 10 hour day in the he... hva folk sier » art of the city, it was nice to refresh at the hotel and walk 5 minutes to great, affordable restaurants. The room was cleaned everyday. The a/c worke - Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around. And finaly, the breakfast is served in the room and was excellent for
