We were very pleased. - In side the hotel the room was comfortable and warm. The location of the hotel was very central and you can visit a lot of monuments on foot. The manager of the hotel gave a lot of information about the city.

  There was a mix up on our arrival (the manager did not realise we were arriving in the morning) so initially we had to wait for an hour for him to arrive. However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly. The apartment we stayed in was down the road from the main Bollo b - Great location - once you learn the trains (46, 62, 64, 116t, 571, 916 to the second Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop will drop you off just around the corner from the apt), otherwise it is a pretty long walk from the train and metro. Everything was pretty much what I expected and they were pretty accomodating as long as you give notice (E.T.A., luggage hold, etc). Decent sized room - more than expected for Europe. Average beds.
