  Mia and Precious were so helpful and attentive. We were surprised that in a rental apartment, there were actual people available for us to go to if we needed anything, as the office is just a few doors down from Piazzetta Margutta. Mia arranged for a car to meet us at the airport (it was 10 at night, with 3 sleepy kids), and had blood orange juice... hva folk sier » (so we really knew we were in Italy!) and water in the fridge for us. Since it was late at night, we were wondering if we'd have to wait to get into - The apartment is well-located, secure, clean, well-air-conditioned, and mostly quiet. There is a master bedroom with a bathroom, a family room with 2 pull-out couch-beds, and a small kitchen. The staff are very helpful. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, the Metro, and a small grocery store. The neighborhood is calm and safe.
