  We spent 5 wonderful days in the beautiful city of Rome which was made all the more better by our stay at A Peace of Rome. For the price, you really would be hard pushed to find better. Our room was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities we needed and most importantly a comfortable bed (essential after 8+ hours a day discovering on foot!). We managed to see all the popular sights on - The staff was wonderful I believe her name was Samona. Couldn't have asked for any better always there to help u with any questions or needs. Nice room clean and up to date. The only thing that was off was when We booked this it was listed on the internet as a B&B. It is not a B&B but they let u know that when u check in.   We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in.   The location of the hotel was perfect. Right by Vatican and the subway is close by so it only takes 10 mins to get to coliseum. Staff of the hotel was extremely nice. They told us where to go, what's close by, they also can book tours for you and provide you with all info you need. Also, staff assisted us with checking in late, about 11 pm at night, due to our f - Because there is no one at the front desk (besides check-in), they give you keys to the building and your apartment.
