  Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Silvia and Gabriele are extremely friendly hosts, and are as knowledgeable of the local area as you can be.   Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Close to the station & within walking distance to many of the sites if you chose or you can catch one of the many means of transport available right near your door. They can allow us for early check-in but since room with balcony is really full, they offer us room with inside garden view instead which is great also!!
