  B&B situated near the railway station Termini and quite close to the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the building, you can only find it on the nameboard with doorbells. Sani - We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome.

  When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice (though we arrived at about 11am, our room was ready). The neighborhood is safe, lively - The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

I used the word unbelievable because I travel to Italy 6 - 8 times in a year and with all honest - When I stayed at Hotel Max they had been open for only three weeks. As a result they worked hard to impress their guests. I paid half price because I was a single guest, but I was given a double room. The flowers I had brought with me were put in a vase for me. The room was beautifully refurbished and the bathroom was new. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk is open 24 hours a day. I recommend Hotel Max as a great, inexpensive place to stay in a grea
