  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries.   I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were great and the bedswere sooo comfortable. We had been in Italy for a couple weeks and itwas the best place we stayed at!! - The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and the food was fantastic. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
