We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

Very clean. The hosts were great and very helpful. It was nice to have a private room like that which was clean, newly refurbishment with modern fittings and facilities. The room had everything we needed e.g. great spacious bathroom, kitchen, window looking out to courtyard which meant it was nice and quite even though we were very centrally located. Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet.
The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan.

Saint Peter Inn is a lovely B&B well situated in the Prati district,
very close to the Vatican. There are plenty of bars and restaurants
nearby, an amazing indoor market a few streets away and good transport
links. Our room was very spacious with a/c, fridge, kettle and free
wifi. The ensuite bathroom was modern, and it was all spotlessly clean.
