  This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... hva folk sier » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years. We will always stay here when we return to see our family - About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

Bike hire good. Restuarant, average fare, budget prices e.g. .5 litre wine 5 euro but is more like 1 litre. Beautiful surroundings, near the leaning tower etc. Well sto - Each mobile house has a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking breakfast, coffee etc. Nice location, easy to find from the road, but in the same time close to the center of Pisa(10 minutes walk) and beautiful nature around. You can park right next to your mobile house. We had air conditioning in our house.

  It was close to the train station and easy to find. Also the staff were super helpful and friendly. Often at hostels you feel unwelcome or like a burden especiallly if you donàt speak the language.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

  The accommodation was very clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was superb and the cafe area outside for breakfast was delightful to sit and have something to eat.
