It's hard to find decent prices in Venice for an ensuite room within walking distance from the train station. That said, Alloggi Sardegna was a very good option.
Lady in reception couldn't speak english but we were able to understand her italian. She was very kind all times.
Room and bathroom had good space. Breakfast was basic but with an excellent italian coffee -- served in our room every morning.

The room was very clean, the hotel owner really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. There is also very good 'osteria' in front of the hotel were you can find real Italian food.
