The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold. Love the breakfast with wonderful selection. The room is double room is beautiful. The bathroom is very modern. The other room we booked is a family suite. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. It was very hot during our visit and staying indoors (in the hotel) was an easy itinerary.

location was great very close to San Marco Square and just beside vaparetto stop so very easy to find and for lugging bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day. Room was lovely and overall would highly recommend.
