Staff: very friendly and helpful. An inconvenience may be that, in caseof late arrival, one needs to phone the staff and wait for the staff todo the check-in, but in our case we waited 10 minutes and it was ok.Services/facilities: all in order, clean and working well. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent (close to Rome Termini, subway lines and many attractions; has a supermarket nearby). Perfect location within walking distance to the station, but so very quiet. The rooms were large and very nicely presented. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends. The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome.
The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding.
We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away.

needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss
about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

We have spent in Morelli our honeymoon and everything was very nice! The
location is very good! The room was comfortable, not noisy, cleaning was
done every day! Breakfast was quite simple (served in our room), but it
was no problem, cause there was a fridge in our room to keep our
products. The hosts of the hotel ordered us a taxi to pick us from

The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk
away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I
was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer
to Termini.
