  Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of upmarket Milan. So close to great bars and shopping and all the sights of Milan - very Italian rooms were a joy and the staff are wonderful !!! Can't rate it highly enough !!! - We liked the location and the character of the hotel.   This was a Very Basic hotel; no pictures on the walls; excellent for traveling. The room was cleaned everyday, we had a nice balcony for two. The bathroom was basic with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. Always plenty of hot water and plush towels.   The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.
