  This is a really interesting, very young hotel! I was lucky to be one of the first clients, speaking more spiecifically, I was the first one, who lived in a room called "iZen". The owner of this little hotel really cares about his clients, being friendly, helpful, he did his best to make my trip excellent.   Vittorio was a very sweet and friendly host. He lives upstairs so we texted him whenever we needed anything. Our room was enormous, with loads of useful furniture. Free coffee was lovely, wifi great. Having a child with us, it was really handy having access to a kitchen. - Convenient location (5 mins walk to the nearest metro station). Well serve... hva folk sier » d drinks and snacks (available throughout the day), and breakfast. The host is welcoming and nice, and the place is quite cozy. Overall a economy but comfort place to stay at Rome.

  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody... hva folk sier » ! - The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Recommended!!! If I return I will come back here. Very clean rooms. Every day cleaning. We stayed 5 night and they changed towels once. But if you want they will do more often (no need for most people). The room was not tiny (also not small), just good. We had room at the backside which I think was a plus for the city noice (traffic etc. runs 24/7... hva folk sier » ). beds are great. We slept good! In the common room (let's say Lounge / kitchen) there is juice, coffee, tea, kind-of-cake as very simple 'breakfast' - The whole place really was decorated to a luxury standard, even small details had been accounted for to make the room comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and even arranged our taxi back to the airport which was great. The local area was full of nice chilled bars and seemed much more local and authentic rather than touristy. Transport into the city centre was quick and easy and we managed to get taxis home later at night for less than 15 euros. Would definitely recommend,
