  Alt, totalopplevelsen var den beste på vår reise av 5 hoteller i Italia. Hotellet er veldig sentralt, ikke langt fra kanalen, Marcus plassen, etc og likevel rolig. Pluss for en veldig hyggelig restaurant i bakgården. - Fantastisk rom, romslig med høy standard.

  As many reviewers comment, the entrance is sparse at best. The entrance is no indication of the hotel once you get up the stairs. We aren't sure why some reviewers comment harshly on the stairs... The location of this hotel is exceptional! It was a two minute walk to St. Mark's square (once we got oriented) which allowed us to visi - Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. - Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   Excellent location close to St Mark’s square and in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood of Venice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.   This hotel is a gem. The room was fantastic, easy walk to San Marco and the staff was lovely. I would highly recommend it.
