B&B Jolie is a small family owned place with 4 rooms. It has the best location, in the middle of the city, you have a walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean(and I´m pretty fussy with choosing hotels) and you have what you need in it.So it was a good surprise that it was so fresh. The personal is so helpful and sweet. The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.

The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Everything of this B& B is superb I really love it. The hosts Carlotta & Francisco are really sweet and they made this B&B in style and charmy. We stayed in the blue room which is spacy ; there's bed room and separated living area with sofa. There's also a walk-in clothes hanger room. The bath room is also nice & convenient. Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)
