We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new.
